2021 Genevieve Chardonnay

The 2021 Genevieve has been sourced from a vineyard in the Adelaide hills sub-region of Kuitpo. This cool site is perfect for producing a flavoursome and restrained style.

Harvested over a week in March (18th and 22nd) the winemaking was all about expressing the generous fruit profile and preserving the juicy natural acidity.

Tasting Note:

Nose Aromatically, the wine jumps from the glass, a bounty of stone fruits, toasted nuts and a lick of French oak. 

Palate White nectarine and grapefruit wrapped in juicy acidity with a touch of smoke from the natural fermentation.
