Tasting Notes – Raspberry leaf, red licorice, black cherry, cardamon and pink peppercorn. Floral, fragrant, crunchy, and bright. Powdery fine-grained tannins and a core of squishy red fruits and spice.

Pairs Well With –  Impromptu dinner parties, lounge room boogies to Jamiroquai, anchovy hashbrown, baba ganoush on chunky sourdough toast.
