2022 Penley Eos Cabernet Shiraz

The densest and darkest expression of the Penley line-up. There's a real succulence to Eos. Boysenberry, choc-coated blackberry and a little lick of printers ink. Sweet juicy dark plums and licorice allsorts, there's plenty going on here - all of the purple fruits. Slatey tannins support the fruit density, with a little hint of toasty French oak there too.

Perfect with slow-roasted lamb shoulder, porcini risotto, or kangaroo tail stew.
