Within Australia we send wine by Aramex, Australia Post, and Fleurieu Logistics (local SA deliveries).

In most cases, we will despatch your wine the same or next day dispatch after you place your order. However, if very hot weather is expected, we will delay sending orders to avoid exposing your wine to high temperatures.

If the order comes with email address the chosen courier should send tracking details. 

You’ll generally receive your order within 2 to 7 working days depending on destination. During peak seasons such as Christmas it may take longer.

These are approximate costs to send 1 x 12pk to Capital Cities. Suburbs will vary as do fuel levy charges.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

If you receive a wine that has been damaged in the delivery process or is faulty we will replace it.

If you are not happy with your wine purchase for any reason please contact us immediately on 08 7078 1853.
