2021 Chertsey Cabernet Blend

Always the most savoury and red fruited of our estate blends, this vintage of Chertsey is no different. With layers added from the Merlot and Cabernet Franc it’s a completed puzzle with all the pieces sitting in seamlessly together. There’s cherry, cassis, redcurrant, cardamom, and a little hint of bay leaf. The palate is beautifully plush with soft red fruits enveloped by velvety tannins. A wine that makes you think, one worth watching the evolution of over an evening or two.
